Payment Process

Once your order is placed, an authorization process will verify the availability of sufficient funds. If authorization is successful, your card will be charged, and the payment will be considered a deposit for the purchased items. A confirmation email will be sent upon shipment, finalizing the transaction.

Since our products are custom-made, production will only begin after your payment has been confirmed.

How to Complete Your Purchase

To finalize your order, click on “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout.” You will be redirected to a secure payment processor, where you can complete the transaction using a credit card or a PayPal account. All payments are securely handled through PayPal, and your credit card statement will reflect the charge under PayPal.

Refunds & Security

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, whether via PayPal or a credit/debit card.

• Your credit card details are never processed or stored on fraxien.com servers, and we do not share any payment information with third parties.
