Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Fraxien. We process and ship orders within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

If you receive a defective product, please refer to our limited product warranty for support.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date (as indicated on your receipt). After this period, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

For Returns or Exchanges Due to a Change of Mind:
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with intact packaging.
  • Products sold as part of a set or bundle must be returned in full.
  • Items labeled as “non-returnable” or “non-exchangeable” are excluded.
  • Return shipping fees for online orders are the customer’s responsibility.

This policy does not affect your rights under consumer protection laws.

Product Condition Requirements

All returned items must be in their original condition. Additional charges may apply for items with visible wear and tear, damage due to misuse, missing components, or improper assembly.

For Returns Due to Quality Issues:
  • Fraxien will cover the return shipping costs and any restocking fees.
For Returns Due to Personal Reasons:
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
  • The condition of the product will be assessed before the return is processed.
How to Return or Exchange an Item

Important Notes:

  • Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be the responsibility of Fraxien and may be lost.

For approved returns, a prepaid return label and detailed instructions will be provided. Please ensure that all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any included gifts are returned.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved for an exchange: We’ll process the exchange immediately.
  • If approved for a refund: The refund will be issued within 1–3 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after several business days:

  • Allow additional time for processing.
  • Check with your bank or card issuer for updates.
